I understand that a $150 deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable) is required to confirm my appointment. I acknowledge that the deposit is deducted from the final cost of the tattoo.I understand that if I cancel/reschedule without a minimum of 48 hours notice, am unreasonably late or intoxicated, I may forfeit my deposit.I understand it may take up to one week before I receive a response to my booking inquiry.
